About us

      I started ChristmasRadio.com back in 1999.  It is based out of Saugus,
Massachusetts (which was founded in 1629, for all you history buffs).

      I've always loved Christmas and the music associated with it.  Holiday music can be uplifting anytime of year.  I think's that's because it reminds us of how lucky we are, not only to have been given that gift that is Christ, but also for the other gifts God has given to us.  For me, those gifts are my beautiful wife and three great kids (among my many other blessings). 

       Here are some ChristmasRadio.com facts for this past November & December, 2007:

*We had over 47,000 folks tune in for over 31,000 listening 
hours!;

*People from all 50 states, and Washington, D.C. listened to
our broadcast, as well as folks from 100 other countries!

       As far as our broadcast speed is concerned, we have decided to keep our current speed of 32kbps with mp3PRO encoding. This allows listeners who have a dial-up connection to receive our broadcast, including troops overseas, while allowing those with a Live365's Premium Membership to hear out broadcast at a sound roughly equal to 64kbps mp3 audio, without Live365 commercial advertisements! This is in addition to the other premium membership benefit of never receiving a "station full" message - which unfortunately happens quite often with our station during the Holiday Season.

       Finally, I'd like to personally thank everyone of our listeners.   May the New Year be one filled with love and hope.
